As we are constantly upgrading our property, this is great information and feedback for them to have. I have also noted your low drop down ceiling above the shower comments and shared them with our corporate team. Breakfast in the M-Club is served until 9 am, but we do have a coffee kiosk along with a coffee pot available all day along with a cooler full of water and sodas. Our M-Club is open all day, and we do have coffee available all day as well. I have sent you my contact information in a separate email so we can be sure to refund you. I would like to refund you for your Uber trip. I will be following up about the shuttle issue and why the larger shuttles were not being utilized. If the Zona Rosa driver does not have any runs he does help the airport driver. One shuttle driver for the airport shuttle, and the second shuttle driver for the Zona Rosa shuttle which goes down to Zona Rosa, the closest shopping and restaurant area to our hotel. At night we do have two shuttle drivers on duty from 5 pm to 10 pm. I would like to apologize that your arrival was not as quick as you anticipated.
